The proposed embedded kit model is design to continuously monitor patient with health conditions and report to caretaker. The most popular wireless communication technology that is Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) is used here to transmit data from sensors to the user.

Wi-Fi based Personal Health Monitoring System using Android Smartphone is built using combination of electronic devices. Smartphones are the portable devices which can access information via internet. The measured body sensor values are received in smartphones, if any emergency is predict then immediate actions can be taken.
