Smart Home for Elderly Care, based on Wireless Sensor Network is developed to take complete care for old age people from our location. Indoor monitoring of an elderly person is essential to provide them immediate care in emergency situations. Smart home environment is built using the deployment of wireless sensor network. Safety for the elderly persons at home is the key idea of this project model. In future wearable body sensors can be used to monitor health conditions of the elderly person.

The project of smart home for elderly care is equip to monitor the environmental changes of temperature, humidity and different gases. The variations are update continuously for monitoring the elder at home.

This kit is also enhance with the provisioning of identifying the presence of the elder in particular room.
