Smart Indoor & Outdoor Guiding System for Blind People is an intelligent prototype develop to serve independent movement for visually impair person. Usually every blind person requires a support of another person in order to move without getting hurt in any harmful objects.

But it is difficult to depend on other person for daily activity, so a smart indoor and outdoor guiding system is design for visually impaired persons.

The use of ultrasonic sensors in this prototype is aid to detect the presence of obstacles. Ultrasonic sensors are helpful for guiding in both indoor and outdoor environment. Then vibration sensor is use to detect the arrival of vehicle based on the sense vibration, this helps in outdoor environment.

The sensed information reaches blind person via their headphones, so it is essential for the blind people to wear headphones during walking.
