Automatic Detection and Notification of Potholes and Humps on Roads to Aid Drivers is a novel project idea that helps to prevent unnecessary damages to vehicle and unexpect accidents. Transportation is globally grown in urban and rural areas, but the roadways are becoming poor due to the seasonal weather conditions. The potholes and humps on roadways occur especially in rainy seasons which tend to cause many accidents and takes off human life.

The objective of this project is to predict the potholes and humps on the roadways, by priorly predicting and intimating with a notification.

Ultrasonic sensors in this kit model are enable to identify the potholes and humps along with their height and depth. Location information of each sensed humps and potholes are stored in the database for future analysis. Here an android application is create for receiving alert notification, so this application is install in drivers mobile. According to the warning message, Automatic Detection and Notification of Potholes and Humps on Roads to Aid Drivers can move carefully on the forthcoming dens present in the road.
