An automatic fare collection system is develop using RFID which uses a smart card to enroll the passenger’s details. Each passenger is require to have this RFID tag at all time during travelling. While entering the bus, every passenger needs to swipe the RFID tag from which the bus fare will be detected. An efficient facility is provided for public transportation system that can be used in real–world applications.
